Minute Steaks Parmesan


1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 teaspoons water
1 dash pepper
1/2 cup crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 cups steaks, (about 4 oz. each)
2 tablespoons margarine
8 cups pizza sauce

In shallow bowl, combine egg white, water & pepper. Set aside. On a plate, combine cracker crumbs & cheese. Dip each cube steak into the egg mixture, then the cracker/cheese mixture. In a large skillet, melt margarine; brown steaks on both sides. Add pizza sauce & simmer 3-5 minutes. Garnish w/ remaining crumb mixture. Serve immediately.
