Midwest Meatloaf with Cheese Sauce

1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c Milk
2 ts Dry mustard
1 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Old fashion oats, uncooked
1/4 c Ketchup
1/4 c Finely chopped onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir cheese, milk and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat until
smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup cheese sauce. Mix remaining 1/4 cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well
blended. Shape into a 8 x 3" loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake 40 minutes.
Serve with reserved cheese sauce. Garnish as desired.
