Health Kick Meatloaf

1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
1 lb Ground Beef (80-88% lean)
2 Egg Whites
1 cup Vegetable Pulp - celery, carrots, tomatoes, onions, parsley, beets, & spinach *
1 pk Dry Onion Soup Mix (1 oz.)
1 1/2 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Water

Mix all ingredients together. Mold into loaf in 2 qt. baking dish.

Bake at 350øF for 60 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160øF. 
Makes 1 - 2 lb. meatloaf. 

*Beets and spinach are very strongly colored; the more beet or spinach pulp

you include in this recipe, the more likely the meatloaf will turn that color.
