Grilled Steaks With Tomato & Pesto Pasta

4 boneless beef top loin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (approximately 8 ounces each) 
2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon peel 
1 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper 
8 teaspoons prepared basil pesto sauce 

Tomato & Pesto Pasta 
3 cups uncooked rotini pasta 
2 medium tomatoes, chopped 
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil 
1/4 cup prepared basil pesto sauce 
2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon peel 

Combine 2 teaspoons lemon peel and pepper. Press evenly into both sides of each beef steak. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness; turn occasionally.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine pasta with remaining tomato & pesto pasta ingredients.

Top each steak with 2 teaspoons basil pesto sauce. Serve with tomato & pesto pasta. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
