Fiesta Meat Loaf

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
1/4 cup Onions, chopped
1/4 cup green Pepper, chopped
1 Garlic, minced
1 jar Chili sauce, 12 ounces
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs, Italian Style
2 pounds Hamburger

Sauté celery, onions and garlic in olive oil, until tender. Add chili sauce and heat through. In
a large bowl combine eggs and bread crumbs into hamburg. Fold chili mixture into hamburg
 and combine well. Form into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
