Marinate Time: 4 hours or overnight
1 3-4 pound beef chuck roast
Meat tenderizer
¾ cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
Following directions for meat tenderizer, pierce beef chuck roast and add tenderizer. Combine dressing, lemon juice, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in large plastic Ziploc bag, add roast. Chill 4 hours or overnight. When ready to grill, remove roast from bag and rub pepper over the roast. Place roast on grill about 6 inches from the heat source, coals or gas burners. Grill for 60 minutes, turning once. Enjoy your friends while it grills!
