Boiled Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 slice bread
3/4 c. fine chopped onion
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 qts. boiling water
Combine ground beef, egg, onion, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Soak bread in milk; mix well. Bring water to boil; make meatballs about the size of a large lemon. Roll in flour and place in boiling water. Boil for 13 minutes and remove. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
