Beefy Tomato Stir Fry

1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 lb. flank steak
1 tbl. cornstarch
1 tbl soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbl. oil
1 (14-1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes.

Cook rice according to package.

Cut meat crosswise into thin slices. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and
garlic. Add meat and toss well.

Heat oil in a skillet and add meat, Stir until brown. Add tomatoes. Cook until
thickened. Serve over rice.
