2 IN 1 Meatballs

2 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 c. warm milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 c mushroom or beef gravy
Combine croutons and warm milk; let stand about 5 minutes. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Add meats and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Shape tablespoons of mixture into balls; place in single layer in shallow baking pan. Pour gravy over meatballs. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees about 40 minutes.
Yield: about 60 meatballs, 1 inch in diameter.
